My 2019 Bullet Journal Overview

2019! What a year. I did a lot this year, and I captured it all in my bullet journal.

I started my 2018 bullet journal in the middle of the year, but I started my 2019 one right on January 1st. It is seriously a collection of my entire year.

It is so crazy to look back at all of my weekly spreads and trackers and compare them to where life is at now. In a sense, a bullet journal is like a scrapbook! Did you ever think of it like that?

It all began with a quote…

Gotta start off the year with a good quote, am I right?

The next part of my bullet journal was a list of goals. Those goals were:

  • Survive Spain

  • Graduate College

  • Grow Insta to 1k

  • Get a big girl job

  • Get a new car

  • Get on track with fitness

I am so proud to say that I crossed off every goal on my list by the end of the year! That was a great feeling. I had written all of them in January, completely forgetting about them, until I looked back one day realizing I had completed all of them! So friends, Write. Your. Goals. Down.

Bullet Journal Idea: Have a blank page? Make a collage!

I personally have always loved making collages so I had a field day with this one. You might not end up having a random blank page in your bullet journal, but if you do…

I used to hoard magazines (Seventeen, Teen Vogue, you get the drill) so I had plenty of material to work with. You can also print pictures from online if you don’t have access to any magazines. Get creative!

The rest of my bullet journal is a mix of weekly spreads and Monthly cover pages, here are my favorites.

Monthly Cover Pages

I did not come up with any of these spreads! So here is some credit:

I would be nothing without my weekly spreads

For the ones I could find, I linked the original spread to give credit to the original creator! (Click on the pictures). I found most of these spreads on Pinterest.

Another fun idea to incorporate in your bullet journal are quote pages!

These are also useful if you have a random blank page, if you want a burst of motivation, or just for some fun.

Here are some examples that I used in 2019:

And there you have it! Of course, that wasn’t everything but just wanted to highlight my favorite pages.
